Onboarding of all disputing parties
Upon registration of your dispute, the case manager will assist
you with the onboarding process of all parties to the dispute.
However, Presolv360 will not be responsible for the participation
of all parties.
Allocation of Certified Expert
An empaneled Certified Experts
will be assigned to your case, after analyzing every aspect of your
dispute, giving consideration to the parties involved, nature of the dispute,
its complexity, sensitivity and urgency. Allocation will
be based on the expertís competence, knowledge and ability to deal with
subject matter of the dispute between the parties.
Dispute resolution process
Depending upon the nature and circumstances of the dispute and the
complexity involved, the Certified Expert will recommend the most
suitable course of action and the most appropriate
Alternative Dispute Resolution (ĎADRí) mechanism for resolving the

Once a resolution / settlement is arrived at, a settlement
agreement will be drawn up and executed by all the parties.
